Lanie Wolff began working as a professional event coordinator in 1997. One of her proudest accomplishments was coordinating an event for several thousand visitors at the Colorado Convention Center. She also worked on corporate sponsorships involving the Sprint International golf tournament, University of Colorado at Boulder, Colorado State University, and Denver Public Schools.
She has been coordinating weddings for friends and family for the past several years, and found a real passion for the delicate intricacies of coordinating weddings. In 2003, she founded Elegant Touch Event Planning in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, offering wedding planning and coordination services across Colorado.

Wedding coordination is a thrilling, stressful, and completely rewarding profession to be a part of - and I consider myself truly blessed to be a part of such a special day.
In today's day and age, most people are able to plan a wedding themselves (with the help of the Internet), but they really need someone to oversee the details on the big day. There are so many vendors involved in weddings, and the bride & her family are far too busy that day to coordinate with each vendor individually. This is a major reason why "day of coordinators" are in such high demand these days.
The most important thing to consider in hiring a day of coordinator is the "fit" of your personality with that of your coordinator. It is crucial that you feel 100% comfortable with the person entrusted to make sure your wedding day goes smoothly and successfully.
